Still LTO issued plates should still be placed in front.

Sad to say yung iba inaabuso to akala may ibang perks ang paglalagay ng commemorative plates.

For the issuer, it's fund raising. For the buyer/user , isip nila iwas coding at panakot. I dare them use it in Campostela Valley and other NPA infested
areas so they would know the other use of it. In general, it's non-sense waist of money and could be even an invitation for trouble.

I have one , pero kung hindi pa iniregalo sa amin yan hindi ako para kumuha nyan 4.5k daw isa nyan palamuti lang at HINDI naman EXEMPTED sa coding yan ...
