dapat SOP yan.. lahat nang establishments na nag serve nang alak may brethalyzer na naka install.. kahit 5 pesos per use.. kikita pa sila..

Like i said gagawan pa ng IRR yan. They will state the SOP and standards.
kaya hindi pa agad maipapatupad yan batas na yan hanggat wala IRR
Sabihin ni mamang pulis "ah ser alam ko kinain mo" hehe

Sana lang gandahan nila yun IRR. Yun tipong hindi naman dehado yun naka-inom pero hindi rin aabusuhin ng nakainom at ng law enforcer. Maganda ang batas na ito pero sana lang, wag itong abusuhin ng mga loko-lokong law enforcers.
