You have to sober up before heading out. Dapat lagyan na rin nila yung mga alcoholic drinks ng label kung ilang standard drinks per bottle equivalent, para at least matantiya mo capacity mo if you will be driving.

problem jan kahit mag sober up ka pano kung yung mga lespu mag abang malapit sa mga bar kita nila na galing ka ng bar tapos kahit ano gawin mo bagsak ka. parang sa makati smoke belching nga na kahit di naman smoke belching ang kotse mo basta diesel sasabihin bagsak ka sa test nila.

Safest way would still be assigning a sober driver. Di nga lang siya makakainom hehe

source of kotong?..e kung dika naman uminom at negative result..anong reason nila para kotongan ka?...

Hindi lahat ng pulis o TE o MMDA pwede mansita base on this law. Only trained LEO with ID will be allowed to implement this law. Masalimuot ang mga test, kasi physical muna ( eye, walk then one stand). Pagbagsak sa physical, ABA naman. I wonder if the Breath Analyzer is calibrated, baka fixed reading to fail agad. Pag fail sa ABA, it can be contested thru medical, blood alcohol test. Eh sa layo ng mga hospital, sober na and who pay for the medical test ?

Wala pang breath analyzers so how do they intend to implement this law by June 1 assuming they had trained the LEOs already.

Aminado nga MMDA na matatagalan pa ito. Need din ng mga LEO na marunong sa crisis management. Papano kasi kung may baril pa si drunk driver.

kahit naman di ka uminom o sabihin natin may designated driver kayo pag umiinom, pwede nila gamitin ito para kotongan ka. di mo ba naririnig yung mga pulis na nag checheck point tapos bigla ka tataniman ng drugs para kotongan ka nila? ngayon mas madali na para sa kanila mang kotong kung gugustuhin nila, abang lang sila sa kanto ng timog or tomas morato pag friday or saturday night dami na nila pwede ibagsak sa drinking test kahit di naman naka inom.

di ako against dito since tagal na dapat ito pina tupad, yon nga lang dapat ayusin muna nila mga taga patupad nito para di maging means ng pag kotong.
