Ayos iyan,- balik ang arrangement na "Tonight, I'm the designated driver".....

Seriously,- ipatupad nila ang batas ng tama... That is all what we are asking for.

Don't drink and drive, bros and sis.

:naughty2:

Pero,- baka iyong mga pamangkin niya ang kanyang pag-drive-in,- para he is free to do what he wants....

and gagawan pa yan ng implementing rules and regulation (IRR)

I remember this was implemented in Paranaque sometime back pero nawala din agad.

This won't be impleneted until LTO ,& PNP get's their breathalyzers.
pang kotong. I wonder if TOs will be designated as the law only mentioned LTO & PNP ?

Meron pang 4months before this law get's to be applied. Make the most of it.

Eto na yung problema, me batas nga, wala namang gamit. Ang dapat kasi niyan, on the spot ang testing. If you have to bring them to the precinct, madaming pwedeng mangyari. i hear there are tricks to lessen the blood alcohol level.

It's possible na abusuhin to (with all due respect po sa matitinong pulis) ...for me the mere fact that you were drinking, "kahit konti lang", then you shouldn't be driving.
