    in my years of driving, every year i register my car it takes 45 to 1 hour. worst was when their computers were offline and you had come back the next day. for the first time today it took less than 20 mins. including smoke testing... arrived 10:08 at LTo san juan( the 0ne beside UERM) left at 10: 25... it's a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
