Guys, let's make a list of branches that can readily give actual license cards.

I did have my license renewed this year but it was in Feb. I, however finished and got my card within 30 minutes. This was at lto España near udmc

Mine was last March at LTO Ynares compund in Kapitolyo Pasig.

I'll try to check if they issue actual ID upon renewal since ilang months na din ang dumaan.

How about in malls? Grabe itong LTO. Walang kakwenta kwenta. All delayed. Simple stickers wala din.

I just inquired yesterday for my card in LTO SM Pasig. They said that because of the transition to the new supplier, the cards will be further delayed. I renewed in June, and they told me to check back in September.

wala na yatang nag i issue nang cards, naka hold lahat, January pa daw mag start.

P.I. itong LTO. other countries will not recognize the license receipt as a valid document. so hindi din maka drive abroad even if you have an international DL.

Madami nagagalit na tao pag sisihin si Pitoytoy, eh sino ba nag-appoint sa mga incompetent secretaries of almost all the agencies. Diba ang president. Buti nalang 1 year nalang ang kalokohan na to.

i know. kaya dapat bilisan na ng LTO yung pag gawa ng cards nila.

Went to SM North, everything was fast until the whole effing LTO went offline. As in all of their branches. So now I still have my old license and the forms I filled. I will go back by Sunday to pay for it, card will be released 3rd or 4th week September.

Renewed mine last june at metropoint mall pasay. Applicants from feb oneards ang d pa nila nabibigyan pag balik ko this last week of august will check again this coming week.

meron po sa Tayuman Lto, i got my card kanina, it took me 7 hours to renew my license card, 8 am to 3 pm,
Grabe! sinara na kasi nila yung mga renewal center sa mga mall, magbaon po kayo ng pasensya at at gamot sa high blood para sa galit at inis.

Got my license card sa LTO Binan. 3 and a half hours of waiting.
