    Useless din mga CCTV, alam ng kotong cops saan at nagtaago. Mukhang motor rider w/ helmet cam... I guess those kotong cops will wise up and ask any "apprehended" motor rider to leave their helmets before doing their deed.

    parang pulis lang yan eh after masibak sa trabaho
