    Maganda. Sana maging reality itong Dream Plan.

    TL;DR:

    Develop new regional growth centers outside Metro Manila connected by expressways and mass transit systems.

    Dream Plan projects include:
    - new roads / expressways
    - urban / suburban rails network (LRT, MRT, elevated North-South commuter rail, Mega Manila subway)
    - bus and jeepney modernization program
    - improved traffic management.

    For this dream plan to work, the government should address first;

    1. Power problems, cost and shortage
    2. Local migration from economically deprived regions.
    3. Cost of doing business.

    They should develop first the regions where the influx of informal settlers are coming from.
    Solve the high cost and shortage of electricity.
    Get rid of the red tapes and ping pong policies.

    voting correctly won't make any difference coz the bulk of the voting population are just plain ignorant

    to fix the philippines we need more extreme measures

    Yes sir,that's why we need voters education,extreme measure such as going after informal settlers living in steros maybe would suffice,once evicted,I think political patronage will decline

    Since I skip some parts of the video, I just like to ask if they have plan in terms of Energy? These infrastructures will be strong consumer of electricity once built.
