mga balasubas talaga karamihan ng bus drivers. sana nga active ang MMDA on motorcycles in apprehending erring bus drivers along edsa para madisiplina ng konti. hindi effective yung mga naka tayong mmda along edsa. dapat the whole day meron roving mmda along edsa just to apprehend buses who unload/load passengers wrongly. kung pwede nga eh mag deputize sila ng private citizens to apprehend and ticket these bad asses.

This is where I miss the Bayani Fernando approach somewhat. Buses on bus lanes. Hard stop, may harang talaga.

that's a solution to most road-related headaches. nothing beats a proactive civilian who reinforces discipline and responsibility to a fellow civilian.
