    Unioil A.Boni Northbound
Diesel 48.25 then less 2.5php if you have SnR card so 45.75php na lang siya.

    Unioil A.Boni Southbound
Diesel 48.35 naman dito then less 2.5php ulit so 45.85 na lang.

You know the game, sir. If government says it's illegal, then it must be. Like Jueteng is illegal, but Lotto and casinos are not. Amen.

    SIMPLE sir...
If you're not paying tax to the government you're illegal [emoji724]. If you pay taxes you're fine.

who said car pooling is illegal?
does not government remember, that years ago, they actually promoted car pooling?

perhaps they are now refering to de facto UV expressing, masquerading as car-pooling?

    Currently maximising Landers Alabang promotion.

Get 7 pesos discount per liter voucher for Caltex for every 3,000 grocery.

If wala ka naman biniling grocery then it will just be the regular discount na 3 pesos per liter

Well, there's this. Receive anything in return for your good deed, face the consequences.

LTFRB FB Admins had this to say about carpooling with friends : Philippines

Yup, LTFRB is wary of carpooling. Guess, they're scared that their profitable under-the-table monkey business will be affected when carpooling goes full blast.

" While the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) isnÂ’t shooting down just yet the proposed scheme meant to ease traffic congestion along Edsa, it called for caution before such a policy is put in place.

“When you do carpooling, the intention may be good but there are legal factors, such as who would be responsible during an accident,” LTFRB board member Aileen Lizada said.

Lizada added that since there is no clear regulation yet on carpooling, there is also a need to clearly define it, lest it become an excuse for vehicles without franchises, also known as colorum, to operate legally."

    yes, i read that before.
and in my opinion, whoever ltfrb personnel wrote that answer, should be re-educated.
his answer was sorely lacking in qualifications.

as i mentioned above, there is real car-pooling as we generally know it, and there is UV expressing, masquerading as car-pooling.

insurance issues in case of accident? i'd let the insurance folks argue this. but these passengers are indeed, my friends.

Na impulse member ako ng S&R para sa Unioil na yan.

Currently Petron XCS kase ako + BPI Petron Credit Card rebate (3%) + Petron Value Card (every P250 = 1 point = 1 peso equiv).

Impulse since tingin ko lang mas mataas matitipid ko sa 5 petot discount wahehehe (kaso 700 petot membership). Plus Euro 5 and 97 octane pa.

    BPI = P60/liter then 30liters kinarga = P1800 - 3% = P1746
    Unioil = P60/liter then 30 liters kinarga = P1800 - P5/liter = 1650

    - Kaso nag e-earn ka ng points sa PVC.
    - May yearly membership sa S&R
    - May annual fee yung BPI Petron, pero so far na waive ko siya for the last 8 years.

Any math wizz around? haha. tinatamad ako mag isip....

Diba mas mura usually sa Unioil ng 1-2pesos, well atleast sa lugar namin.
Sakin naman, meron ako nung Security Bank Cashback (5% off for grocery/4% for gas), no spending requirement, straight rebate at the end of billing.
So for my 91ron gas: Unioil less 3pesos SnR and another 4% off cashback card = may pang starbucks/carwash

BTW, napadaan ako kahapon sa Seaoil paco manila nasa 53.50 for unleaded, 55.4 for 97ron.

    Comment lang.

Kinausap ko yung UV express driver I rode on last Saturday when he stopped at Boss station Q. Ave.
He told me so far, di naman siya ngakaproblema with their diesel. Na observe ko marami din private vehicles nagpapagas (cars in good condition, di yung laspag na tipong owner doesn't care if masira).

Yung drawback nga lang daw is madalas maubusan ng stock yung station, There are times pag dating niya wala na raw.

our neighborhood gas stations peg diesel at 49.50 and 50.20 kesos.
    lower business costs, siguro.

actually, older diesels that do not have the new electronic doodads, might be more amenable to dirtier, lower-quality diesel fuels.

As I noticed, sometimes fuel prices varies from location. But I think gas stations with lower pricing would be Flying V and Clean Fuel. One thing I can suggest to lessen your expenses would be carpool specially to your workmates or friends along the area. This will help you with your parking expenses and minsan pati ung gastos para sa gas. Hope it helps
