    Cavite has one of the lowest diesel prices in the Philippines. For gasoline it's low but not far from Alabang which is also priced lower than others.

    I'll check tomorrow which areas have the lowest prices in Metro Manila and nearby provinces as of today.

    Cheapest unleaded:
    1. Mariveles, Bataan: 32.85
    2. Gerona, Tarlac: 33.50
    3. Lubao, Pampanga: 33.55

    In Metro Manila:
    Diesel:
    1. EDSA Boni: P26.00
    2. C5 Bagong Ilog: P26.10
    3. NAIA: 26.20

    Gasoline:
    1. Fairview: 35.05
    2. Libis: 35.25
    3. EDSA Boni: 35.35

    Note that this doesnt include discount lane prices yet.
