Malaking mura pa rin diyan... Dito sa LPC/Paranaque/Muntinlupa,- P40+ per liter na ang unleaded or its equivalent in other gas stations....

Fairview has one of the cheapest unleaded prices in the whole country. Don't expect it to be the same elsewhere in the metro.

Maybe because there are too many small player here in fairview that offer low price. Kaya dapat tapatan. Masasabi ko lang PTT is still the lowest price in the area also Seaoil going to nova bayan same price lang sila but I like more in PTT bukod sa mura ayos un facilities nila and service not like Seaoil medyo luma facilities at panget service.

Simple answer bro - maraming kalabang independent. Worst offender is Uno Fuel near North Fairview, mas mababa ng 2 pesos lagi price even against other independents. Then there's one of each small player - Seaoil, Unioil, PTT, etc. Not to mention the unbranded ones.

There are a lot of other places in the Metro with a lot of stations in a small trade area, but what makes Fairview suitable for a price war is because the prices won't creep to the rest of QC. This is because after Batasan/Litex (Commonwealth Southbound), there are much fewer stations, with most being big players. These stations act as price stoppers by deliberately keeping prices at a higher level than Fairview's, so that the low prices are contained there.

i don't think gas prices in cavite are cheaper than fairview in fact its cheaper than edsa corner osmena compared to cavite but definitely fairview is the cheapest among them regardless of any gasoline stations

Kalokohan. Hindi naman nakatira sa Cavite si Country Chair.

And mas matutuwa si CH kung mataas presyo, hindi mababa. Higher trade area prices = higher company margins.

Lol shell in fairview is one of the expensive here compare to ptt. Price difference is 3 to 5 pesos i think. I will list down later all the prices near my place here in fairview for reference

Gas stations with cheaper fuel prices [continued]
