    It's unfortunate for one driver compared to the dozens or more drivers who screw the ordinary passengers. Sana the LTO doesn't have to rely on their chief to do what their enforcers are supposed to be doing in the first place...

    diba ginawa rin niya dati sa isang LTO branch na meron lumapit sa kanya na fixer akala ordinary citizen lang siya...

    got me to thinking ano ba itsura ni Suansing at parating napapagkamalan uto-uto..hehehe

    yes kahit papano nakita kong sulit yung tax na binayad natin sa para sweldo niya. isang public official na gumagawa ng tama.







    uuy... tatakbong presidente na yan. basta plataporma mo ba ay ayusin ang traffic at patinuin ang mga drivers at officers sa kalye, boboto kita.
