pips what do you call the white greaselike thingy na usually nasa loob ng power windows motor, power antenna motors etc.?, usually nakikita ko sya sa may mga plastic gears, and san nakakabili, muka kasing safe sya gamitin at dpa masyado messy.

There are many kinds of grease. Silicone grease works well but some have used white lithium grease, or in another instance if you want a dry lubricant then use powdered graphite.
