actually this is good kasi nakikita at nadedevelop ang flexiblity nito as long as nag-a-agree.

if it happens na hindi ko in-accept ang "RETRACTION" ni mr xto the last agreement still stand valid. kasi nga "we should both agree"

but i cannot really impose it because i did not clause any rule on my bet.

say, "retraction of bet cost you 50% penalty to be paid in tc to me"
