We are looking to buy a subcompact car. A 2017 or 2018 Suzuki Swift 1.2L A/T. Mitusbishi Mirage kasi is 3 cylinders, so we are looking at a brand new Suzuki Swift 1.2L. Any feedbacks from owners of 2017-2018 models? Thank you.

    Go for a Suzuki Swift.

Smoother and quieter ride and decent engine response since it is equipped with a 4 cylinder 16 valve DOHC engine.

Stylish interior and exterior hands down.

I wish the local dealerships would bring the Sport in.

    Good day,

Can I check if you know a place where I can get a replacement engine support (right - passenger side) for our Swift? Called Olympia and they only have OEM for 6.5k

With engine and transmission supports, suggest you use original or OEM ... do not use replacement, your engine will eventually vibrate because of the rubber quality ...

Daily driver ba or track car?
If track car, solid mounts would be great, downside is vibrations in the cabin, if its.a daily driver and comfort is priority, go for OEM. There are polyurethane replacements for the mounts, but those are for more sport oriented users.

Kamusta parts ng Suzuku Swift? Okay ba? Hindi naman masyadong mahirap humanap? Or matagal maghintay for parts? Planning to get a Swift.

Hi all! Newbie here and newbie driver as well.

About a week ago I acquired a 2008 Suzuki Swift with 63000km on it. It seems to run nice, with no kalampag, and everything seems to be working well. However, I noticed a small pool of engine oil on the floor of our garage last night, and had the car checked at Motech San Joaquin this morning. The mechanic said that the leak was coming from the timing chain tensioner area of the engine, which unfortunately they can't fix because they don't have the parts. He said that I should go to the casa.

I've read that casas overcharge, and I'm trying to spend as little as possible. What other options do I have? I've read that Olympia in Araneta Ave has Suzuki parts. Can I go there and have a mechanic check the car and replace the faulty part? Is Banawe an option, too? If you think that going to the casa is best, which one should I go to? I've read that Suzuki Shaw has bad service.

Thanks in advance for your replies. Cheers!
