Haha.. Yes. 500k ang parking sa condo aside pa sa mothly due.. If rent ng parking space 3.5k per month.

I think kasi bukod sa gas, monthly, etc e dapat mag tabi ng 1.5k to 2k para sa maintance niya? So if may monthly is 10k dapat mag laan pa ako ng ng 2k for maintenance if kukuha ako ng swift..

sa pms bro, di naman kalakihan ang swift kaya di mo naman siguro kailangan mag set aside ng budget pa. pero nag post na ako ng example at nabasa mo na. so depende na yan kung gaano mo kadalas gagamitin yung auto.

i don't have a swift, but...
the in-escapeable expenses: annual LTO is about 3.5K.. the pms would be 3.5 - 7.0K.. compre insurance about 13K (unless you don't need it)..
the gas, let's say 2K a month or 24K annually (if you use it "sparingly" and don't drive it to the restroom everytime, heh heh).
the assumption i am making is, since it's a new car, nothing untoward should happen to it in the first three years; and you don't intend to borloloy it like a jeepney..

that totals 44K a year or at least 3.7 to 4K a month, for using it.
add to this the monthly hulogs if bought on installment..

Mas ok parin sir diba na pag tabi siya ng budget parang pamasadang jeep, para pag nagka problem or maintenance may huhugutin agad.. Mahirap ng mabigla sa gastos.

Good things about small car e low maintence talaga... Sa amin kasi tinitignan namin yung low fuel consumption, low maintenance, good ride for may 2yrs old son and wife, proud to own...

Bibili ako ng big car e hindi ko naman ma enjoy e takbo kasi malakas sa gas and ma maintenance.. Kaya even maliit ang swift.

the unseen expense in owning a car, is that one can now buy more things that one could not before with ease, because one now has transport abilities that one did not have before.
in my book, this is the biggest expense associated with car ownership. para bang credit card..

Ok lang yun sa maraming cash.. Pero even marami kang cash dapat alam mo parin almost lahat ng posible expenses.. Kala kasi ng misis ko pag 10k per month e yun lang gastos sa loob ng warranty period na 3yrs.. Sabi ko nga wag lang yun ang ilaan niyang pera kasi may other expenses pa yan.

Pag nakuha namin ang swift e malamang baguio, tagaytay, batangas, ilocos mga destination namin. Hehe..

I think po kaya naman sa baguio with 5 pass sir.yun g4 po nang niece ko a/t nakaya naman po basta wag kayo maiinip.pacing lang po limited speed at high rpm para may buwelo as in holding it at the 3k to 3.5k rpm range.when malamig na temp better to open the windows and turn off the a/c to help you gain more power.there will be a lot of times you have to push it to it's limits to overtake others though.

Always on low gear lang siguro while climing.. Marami lang kasing duda if kaya ng small engine ang baguio with max passenger. Hehe.. As far as i know may naka akyat nga na alto with 5 passenger.

Since you are going to use the car more on longtrips sir why not consider the almera m/t on your list.it's a little bit more pricier than tha swift but not a huge jump. You get a 1.5ltr. engine, biggest cabin in it's class and the best a/c. For maintenance cost i think it's almost the same.

Almera is ok.. Ok ang space sa loob, ok ang dating, ok ang power ng engine.etc... Sad to say yung brand yung ayaw ko.. Sample yung mga urban van nila pag tumanda e mahina na ang engine.. 2nd sabi ng mga airport taxi na gumagamit ng sentra e malakas sa gas compare kag vios..

We recently bought yun slyphy m/t 1.6 kala ko nga po malakas sa gas dahil malaki sya. Turned out po na matipid sya. Worst i got manual computation sa city heavy traffic was 9.8kms/ltr. Sa light to med.traffic 12.4km/ltr. Sa hiway po best i got was 16.5kms/ltr. Combination po city at hi-way was 14.6kms/ltr. Always a/c on po yan sir. I am happy with my purchase po sir.pms for 1k is also ok with 2,200+ lang synthetic oil na po.

I see. Pero may ilang naka urvan na lumipat na sa grandia.. Kapos sa lakas at pag tumatanda na e humihina na.. Siguro mapapa nissan ako if pickup ang usapan like navarra. Hehe..
