February 12th, 2013 05:11 PM #461ung canopy nya yero na pinakabit ko. ung mga nakikita kong fiber na canopy lumulobog ung sa gitna ng bubong pero tingin ko mas ok ung fiber malaki pinagkaiba sa bigat.
yup round eye sya that's my baby hehe

try mo bumili sa mga surplus ng good condition na rims or save a little more and upgrade to pcd114 na mags. hehehe...

this FB multicab (F6A engine) of my sister is running good when i drove it from olongapo to caloocan (matagal pala nastuck yun UNUSED for 5-6mos after the habagat/baha calamity in olongapo and nacondition naman sya bago namin gamitin).. nakapagdrive pa ko ng ilang beses dito sa MM for some errands but medyo pumalya nung lumuwag yung fan belt. pina adjust ko then ok na sya.. then ang sunod na naging prob is tumitirik sya unexpectedly (parang kinakapos sa gas), so pinalitan ng mechanic yung fuel filter and tumakbo naman sya ng mga 25-30km pa that day. but nung pauwi na ko, tumirik ako sa GENERAL LUIS (makipot na daan) unexpectedly, wala man lang paramdam basta biglang namatay makina (i have sufficient fuel that time). i tried starting the engine again for 4-6 times but di na sya nagstart, so itinulak ko na lang sya kasi nagstart na magpile up yung mga sasakyan sa likod ko hehe ( buti na lang may malapit na kanto).. since di ako marunong sa makina, pinuntahan ako ng bayaw ko and napastart nya naman after matest na ok naman yung fuel pump kaso palyado na yung tunog nya.. wala kaming panali nun para ipahila na lang sana kaya ipinilit naming maiuwi while on 1st and 2nd gear lang (7-10km pauwi).. hirap na hirap sa paahon and humps.. so in short may sira na po sya mga sir.. may dalawang mechanic na yung tumingin but di nila nagawa.. yung isa sabi nya may singaw daw yung makina (kailangang ibaba ang makina) and yung isa naman ang sabi sira na ang carburetor (bili raw ako ng surplus or bnew).. di namin alam sino paniniwalaan namin.. sana may idea kayo mga sir.. thanks!
eto yung current status observation namin after linisin yung carb (without any kits):
-nakakapagstart naman yung makina, but
-abnormal na yung tunog nya
-may gas na lumalabas sa may throttle plate while on idle/engine running (air cleaner/filter removed)
-namamatay rin pala yung makina pag inattempt ilagay ang air cleaner/filter
-super NO POWER sya, hirap sa humps and mild slopes pag pinaabante..
-maitim yung sparkplugs nya lagi (kahit bagong bili po)
any idea sir anong problema? or baka may mairerekomenda kayong magaling na multicab mechanic around sm fairview / north caloocan / novaliches.. sayang rin kasi to kung pababayaan na lang.. again, thanks mga sir!

March 15th, 2013 07:51 AM #467I would think na insufficient ang power supply (kuryente) ng engine and insufficient ang air supply kea parang choked ang makina. Theory ko lang ito, I suggest a bigger battery and high output alternator. Check the air filter kung malinis pa or try to relocate it in form of cold air intake... Another suggestion but not highly possible is turbocharging our little engine. For sure more power talaga un.

March 16th, 2013 10:34 PM #468if there is excess fuel spewing out of the carburator air intake, that could suggest there is a problem with the valves, have your mechanic check the head gasket if its still OK. the F6A engine is prone to overheating and thus would cause damage to the head gasket which I am assuming is the case here.
you might also want to check the valve clearances before hand. A good mechanic can assess and troubleshoot the problem just by listening to the sound of the engine.

June 11th, 2013 09:09 AM #470Hello mga bro, meron ba kayo alam na shop na pwede mag diagnose ng EFI na suzuki mini van? suzuki every kasi yung sa amin, ang lakas kumain ng gas, typical consumption is 9 km/l, which is weird kasi 3 cyclinder lang naman sya. gusto sana namin patignan sa ECU kung ano problema. nag patune up na ako, palit spark plugs, linis mga dapat linisin pero ganun pa din. nakaka dismaya gamitin kasi ang takaw sa gas, ang liit liit naman.
I mean, even Mazda markets their cars as premium. Point is, these guys can spew BS just to sell...
