copy bro, thanks sa feedback.
so mga ganun nga if ever, 5k kms or 3 months (kasi ang 10k kms or 6 months more or less).
pero sa planned usage ko if ever mukhang magiging 3 to 4 months lang din yata ang 5k kms kasi it will be a daily commute 70kms balikan sa bundok-city vice versa to work (mining site)... although not offroad, around 95% paved naman except sa site na mismo...
1ST PMS (1K kms or 1 month)

Yung sa Air conditioning Sir.. Medyo cryptic po yan.. Wala po sa official receipt nung PMS ko ni advice lang sakin nung nag assist sakin.. Meron sya ni explain about wiper and stuff na wala daw stock sa casa but their technician got a supply for it and it's advisable to apply / serviced as well but noted that it will be not included in the receipt.. Then nung tapos na meron sya binanggit about air conditioning na meron din sila ginawa or nilinis..
They treat me well din and allowed me to work there while my PMS is ongoing.. Yun nga lang hindi na ako nagbibigay ng tip.. Inisip ko nagpa-uto na nga ako, yun na tip ko.. [emoji23] May dalawa pa ako na free labor PMS kaya babalik pa ako dun..

Wow pms at 113 km odo!
I got my 2019 Jimny GL AT late last month. The Qave casa was kind enough to inform me that they can extend the 1st month pms recommendation after I get the LTO reg, so I'm using it sparingly until the reg comes out. I'm currently at 272 km odo.
I have read in the pms schedule the 1st pms oil change is optional, in some articles they don't recommend to change oil at this time since it may have engine oil additives for break in from the factory so that's why change oil should be done the next 4 months after the 1st pms.Well anyway that is my plan and my estimate is that I would reach the 2nd pms schedule with around 2k-2.5k odo.
Maybe I should or bring someone with me during the 1st pms para tutok sa service crew to see and validate if all they will be charging are legit supplies used and services performed.
Cheers!![]()
Ask for a breakdown of all the supplies and service fo be done on the 1st PMS except for the free labor. Be assertive that only the essentials will be followed. The car wash is optional or in some cases this is already inclusive on the miscellaneous fee. No additives on the engine even though the casa would give their recommendation on it.
If you just have the chance for a long drive, do it. Driving at around 90 to 100Kph if the situation permits will benefit a new engine.
Thanks!
I read somewhere the long drives if you go at constant speed is bad for breaking in engines. What I've been doing for decades now is to schedule the last 100km before reaching the 1000km mark before sending for 1st pms is go long drive like Tagaytay and drive it hard with high revs. Is that any good?
i'm an ordinary driver.
when my vehicle is new,
i just drive my usual way, avoiding jackrabbit starts and other extremes of driving that put stress on the engine.
no big deal.
i do the same, anyway, whether the engine is new or not.
My mother's 1.6 SGX APV on its 6th PMS.
