jimny is one capable machine, a bone stock "just off the showroom" jimny tag along with us the last time we went to mt tapulao or "high peak"
and i was amazed...
h/t tires and eveything stock, galing!!!

20, yup the jimny is a part time 4wd with low range gears
plus a solid axle front and rear.

rking, have you modified your Jimny? Ang dami mo na kasing adventures eh hehe, so I was thinking na modified na yung sa yo:D I don't have a Jimny, my g/f does and I get to drive it once in awhile. I must say, sobrang fun to drive siya, although nakakalog talaga ko minsan:D

Kung may pera lang ako, bibili ako ng Jimny at gagawin kong off-road express:D

wreckless: taga manila po. i just brought it to mindoro on a trip. i go there kasi quite often and knew there were a lot of trails down there so i took the car with me. yung ro-ro mga 400 at kung hindi ako nagkakamali one way trip. about an 2 hour boat ride. plan originally was to take the ro-ro to puerto galera pero naiwan kami ng boat kaya we ended up sailing to calapan then drive to galera. almost another 2 hours and light rough road almost all the way.

btw: mejo matagal na ko hanap ng mags for the jimny. baka meron may alam sa inyo. looking for the rally type na mags. something like the mags of this

pansin ko lang po, pare parehong gusto natin ng Jimny pero mga GF o Asawa natin ang meron, la lang.
meron din pong jimny gf ko at sulit nga talaga, saan nga po pla makakakita nung mags na post dto di ko po kc alam kung saan yung sinabing place, saka diba po sa japan mayroon may turbong jimny. meron po kayang turbo kit na available sa philippines

yung naka-turbo intercooler na jimny sa japan, 660cc lang makina nun. 1.3 liter yung benta dito. kaya di na kailangan ng turbo.
