The Truth About Cars has a review of the Suzuki Jimny by .

Review: 2012 Suzuki Jimny, Philippine Spec, Tested In The Philippines | The Truth About Cars

The jiggly ride is particularly disconcerting. Twin live-axles give the Jimny better articulation than a professional pole-dancer but make the ride lumpier than her motel room mattress.
    :bwahaha:

Just bumped my Jimny this morning. Arrggghhh.... I hit a delivery van and will probably need a new front bumper. More than the cost, I'm afraid baka walang available replacement bumper sa casa.

Sorry to hear about your Jimny bro, were you able to find spares for your bumper?

Thanks. Replace upper and lower bumper lang, katagal-tagal,,,

Huh? 6days to replace a bumper assembly? Cant you just bring your unit in when they have the actual stock in hand so kabit nalang agad?

Re bullbars, if your bumper takes that much longer, maybe consider just replacing the whole thing with an ARB bumper/bullbar?

    disclaimer: i don't own a jimny.

from what i have read, the latest jimny is mechanically identical to the previous models. that means that there would be similar issues. however, as far as i know, the wobble only gets troublesome after tire/suspension upgrades. That means keeping it stock would minimize the problem.

ps: maliit ata jimny for a family car sir...

    Thanks for the response.

Been reading from other forums and viewing youtube videos regarding Jimny wobble as well.
Yes there have been claims that the wobble usually shows once tire/suspension upgrades have been done.
Although, I don't have any intent to do such upgrades and probably keep it stock as long as possible
But according to what I gather so far, the "fix" is to add "shims".
Hence my original enquiry, if the Jimny sold in the Philippines were already "fix"ed?
Hopefully, some of the Jimny owner's can confirm this, please...

Family of 4 lang kami, so sakto lang siya, but if si misis ang papipiliin, ecosport na lang daw

Now that the rainy season is upon us, what is your recommended brand of wiper for our Jimny. Also, ano ba size ng wiper natin? Including the back if possible. Thanks.
