With regards to the harsh ride, you can alway update the shocks to Old Man Emus.
I've seen quite a few do this.
You can also dress it up to play off-road with ARB accessories
Not affiliated with the local dealer OK?
Just my 2 cents.

10 years old na ba ang jimny? ngayun ko lang nalaman yan ah! pero oo nga. dapat palitan na yun ng mas malaki na engine. maybe a m15a would do. and mas maganda kung 5 seater na siya. ok lang sana kung m13a yung engine pero matipid. mas matipid pa yung swift, with a bigger engine. mas gusto ko sana ang 4x4 suv kaysa sedan. abs and srs should also be added on the new model, if there will be.

The current-generation Jimny started life as a Japanese K-car. Back in 2001 (at the earliest) it was fighting with the Mitsubishi Pajero Mini for top honors in K-car 4x4 sales...and the Mitsu actually won. So yes it is indeed almost 10 years old.
Paging AG4... hehehe

Pero totoo ba na 13-15Km/L daw ang Jimny? any one who can clarify that? Tnx.

March 3rd, 2008 06:23 PM #189Nagpalit ako ng stock tires ng Jimny A/T 2005 namin, same size pero ATR and nitrogen air.
Last edited by battaglin; March 3rd, 2008 at 06:27 PM. Reason: addnl
