Mga ka ertiga kamusta, I hope and pray that you are all doing fine in the midst of this pandemic.

May konting tanong lang po. Ang spare parts ba ng Ertiga natin, mine is GLX 2020 Model available lang dito sa Pilipinas?

My Ertiga kasi figured in an accident at lumabas na yung LOA ng insurance, damage cost is around 400k.

Broken windshield, damage yung hood at nag deploy yung dalawang airbags.

But thank God safe kami lahat, ni walang galos.

Casa here in Suzuki Mindanao has already ordered the parts to be replaced I would like to ask those who have experienced na nag replace ng major parts if these are available locally or these are to be shipped from abroad pa.

Sana nandito lang sa Pinas para ma repair kaaagad.

i believe the ertiga is manufactured abroad.
suzuki phils probably has a stash of fast-moving parts here in the country.
slow-moving parts... depende.

at any rate,
your insurance will probably pay for most of the bill.
i hope they move fast for your benefit.

perhaps someone here is with suzuki phils will fill you in.

Worst case i-ship from Indonesia ang slow moving part(s).

Naalala ko 2006 Swift namin, may plastic interior siding panel na kailangan i-replace (broken seatbelt retainer clip).
Inabot ng mga 1 month to ship from overseas warehouse, Suzuki Pasong Tamo ang nag-handle ng order.

Usually, sa Laguna lang manga galing yung spare parts if they have it in stock and the longest wait I experienced is one week if dun ang source.

Maraming parts ang nakalagay sa estimate Sir, like headlights assy L&R, Airbag sys. Seatbelts sys. basta ang dami sir, 60+ items lahat-lahat.

Apporoved na po ng Insuance my LOA na po at na order na po ng casa last week ang mga parts.

Im just praying na available lahat sa Suzuki Phils. para mapadali yung repair 4 months na po naka standby si Ertiga ko. :-(

Its really a miracle sir na konting sugat lng sa kamay ng brother ko dahil sa broken glass from the windshield, sa awa ng Diyos we are both safe when that accident had happened, miracle talaga.

In running condition naman po si Ertiga napatakbo pa namin mga 20kms from the place of accident to the Casa. Engine and Aircon is still functioning and the gauges po, kaya lang basag yung salamin ng dashboard.

Yung body lang po talaga ang nayari, saka front bumper, windshield at head lights.

All in all, 60+ items po yung nakalagay sa estimate na dapat palitan hehehe.

Sana available lang lahat sa Suzuki Phils.

ngayon pandemic ang dami ko nakikita ertiga and i like this 2nd generation maganda pagkagawa sa likod elegante tingnan.

yung 1st generation kasi mukuhang cheapipay na 500thou lang dapat presyo

So kung bibili kayo bagay na bagay yung presyo sa itsura.
