I own neither, but I vote for the Ertiga simply because of the awkward front fascia of the Mobilio. Kahit yung mga nadadaanan ko sa labas ang off talaga tignan ng proportion eh.

Parang bonus na lang na super value for money yung Ertiga and mukhang masaya naman yung owners

It's hard to answer when we did not know your reason for buying a new car.

Here's mine:
I wanted to buy a brand new car affordable enough para hindi kami magutom sa pagbabayad ng monthly amortization.
It should be fuel efficient and should be able to accomodate a family of 4 + 1 kasambahay on a regular basis, and should be able to accommodate more passengers on few occasions.
I don't care about brand.

Ertiga just fits the bill.

So ask yourself, what better fits your needs or wants between the two?
- if you are brand conscious, then you go for Mobilio
- if you are cost conscious, then you go for Ertiga
- I have not been inside a Mobilio while it's running but the seats seem to be lower and less comfortable against the Ertiga

I don't like to discuss looks as beauty is relative, but just in case you've seen Mobilio's dashboard. I'm sure you'll agree it looks cheap.

Good day po. Normal lang po ba na malikot yung needle ng tachometer ng ertiga kahit naka stand still? Pero di ko naman nararamdaman na bumababa yung menor. Sabi kasi nung sa service nung ininspect nila yung ibang unit sa casa ganun din daw.

Hindi naman nahihirapan. Aircon din concern namin dati before buying. nissan kasi old car namin na known for strong aircon. Bukod dun, mataba pa ako at madaling mainitan. Naka set lang sa 1 ang fan speed both front and rear. Ok na. Mas malamig aircon ng ertiga compared sa 2008 avanza and 2012 montero na nagagamit kon once in a while. (Although hindi ko alam kung paano mine-maintain ng owner yung aircon ng both cars). Compared sa nissan namin, halos pareho lang.

Mag aantay ka din ng two to three months bago mo makuha yung Mobilio.

Talk to your SA. si mary ang bilin sakin bago mag PMS kung mileage ang gustong basis, sabihan lang daw sya beforehand para masabihan yung parts and services nila. Kaso wala pa sa 1st month naka 1k nako, wala pa 3rd month naka 5k na ako hehehe

yung aircon sa harap malamig naman pero nahihinaan ako sa hangin pag naka no. 1. nung summer most of the time naka no. 2. pero ngayon tag-ulan, no. 1 lang tapos lowered pa yung thermostat. sa likod may times na di na nagbubukas mga anak ko kasi malamig na raw.

Normal lang yon sir kasi kung mapapansin mo kapag bukas ang aircon nagkakaroon ng intermittent operation sa aircon system ng sasakyan kaya gumagalaw din ng bahagya (taas-baba) yon needle sa tachometer.

Pwede nga talaga achieve more than 16 km/l if you use the instantaneous fuel consumption meter and wala masyado traffic.

The sweet spot is between 1,700 to 2,200 rpm and lagi ka mag adjust ng tapak sa gas as needed.

Hmmm... medyo may kamahalan nga. 1st pms ako namahalan ako sa 1600. Tapos sa iba 1250 lang.

Medyo may kamahalan ng konti sa total ang pms sa manila bay dahil sa add ons nila

Yung 3 in 1 na yan is Fuel Injector Cleaner, Oil Flush, and Oil Additive priced at 400 each while isang item dyan sa shop supplies is the Washer for the oil drain that they priced at 200.
