oo nga I heard about the dual aircon pero ngayon I think apat na ang options
    1. Bare unit
    2.MT single AC
    3. MT dual A/C ( mas mahal nga ata ng 30K)
    4. A/T

    Thanks!

    Any other inputs?

Hindi ka naman siguro madedeform. The Ford E150 also has wheelwell intrusion into the cabin (surprising for such a large van). Same case with the Chevrolet Astro/GMC Safari.

If so, should this deter me from getting the m/t type? How about long drives and traffic situations?
Lastly, assuming that a diesel version comes out next year should I get that instead of the Gas type?

I'd ike to thank Macky his earlier inputs. They have been extremely helpful. Also Much respect for Carlo addict and MBT for the glowing review made last year.Pati na rin si thebat , very detailed ang journey nya on getting his unit. looking forward to seeing it get dressed up.

I'm dead set on the APV, I have even developed the pittyful habbit of pointing and saying "APV" whenever I see one on TV and on the streets.
Please help me make my final choice.
Ako nga sir a few weeks before I got my unit pag me chance na me makita akong meron APV kinakausap at ini-interview ko pa e, hehe . APV oh! Ganda oh!" hehe...

Regarding the wheel well... this is actually a non-issue to me presonally. Ok lang naman e and it doesn't protrude any way in my driving. Wala yun! I suggest you test drive again and again the APV (that's what I did, I test drove 3x in each dealer I went to, at medyo nilayuan ko pa at dinala ko pa sa meron konting akyatan, hehe).

Pag manual kukunin mo I strongly suggest you place super dark 3M tint to maximize the front aircon.

Don't bet on the diesel CRDi yet kse I asked philhino, commonwealth and kalookan on this and said wala raw lalabas na ganun dito. Well, pag meron I'm sure mas mahal pa sya (like for the CRDi version of Getz and Matrix).

    Go APV!

I prefer MT for better fuel economy (you need to get used with MT though) and better acceleration.
Get dual A/C only if you drive from 9AM to 5PM (day driving) with someone in third row seat.

Don't count on Suzuki on diesel, not in the near future anyway.

AFAIK, they don't make diesels in-house.

    You're right.
Suzuki, and also Honda, do not have diesel engine basically. That's why since last year, Suzuki together with Fiat Italy, developing +making diesel engine with Fiat's MultiJet technology.

Honda usually ask Isuzu to make the diesel engine.

Japanese makers that have their own diesel engine:
Nissan (or Nippon Sangyo), Toyota, Mazda (only few though).

    Isn't Fiat having trouble recently?

It will take some time before Suzuki decides to plunge into diesel, and develops its confidence. Will they instead come up with retrofit options to support E20 gas or FFV? My APV will stay with me for 10 years tops, and I want options for earth-friendly fuels.

Anybody pumped the APV with E10 fuel?

The APV will work with Ethanol. It comes from the same engine family as the GEN I Vitara and the Esteem/Baleno.

I think it can take up to E20. I'll check tomorrow pagpunta ko ng Caloocan.
