Suzuki Alto K10 now in the Philippines!

Japanese compact car and motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki Philippines, Incorporated (SPH) rolls out another version of one of its most popular and fastest-selling subcompact car with the new Suzuki Alto K10.

On the outside, the Alto K10 sports a few design tweaks with new headlights and a new look. The new subcompact gets a new 1.0 liter twin cam engine; the same one found in the Celerio. The Alto K10 also comes with a 5speed manual transmission, electronic power steering (EPS), front power windows, power door locks, AM/FM CD, MP3 audio system with aux port, full wheel caps, seat belts for all passengers and an engine immobilizer system.
“The Suzuki Alto, which we first introduced in 2007, is still one of our most popular cars primarily because of its fuel efficiency and unparalleled value for money,” says Arvie Fugoso, Assistant Marketing Manager for the Automobile Sales and Marketing Division of Suzuki Philippines Inc. “We are optimistic that with the introduction of this latest model, we will be strengthening our presence in the first time owner markets –be it the small families, the students and the young professionals.”
The Suzuki Alto K10 retails at Php 439,000.

matulin ito sigurado hehe. just change the steelies (to alloys) and tires (mas malapad) and you're good to go.

To clear things up, i have no bad blood on Altos ha, subject ko lang dito design =)

Enyways, why is it sa google, pag search k alto lumalabas celerio, pero alto ang nkalagay s model?

konting redesign lang ng mukha ayos na ang alto. yung likod nito is maganda na, imho better than the latest picanto ang likod/puwetan.

the Alto (K10) has a more timeless design.

Disappointed lang ako sa interior, steering lang ang pinalitan, sana mas modern na dashboard man lang. They managed to do that in the Jimny.

We are shopping around for a second fuel efficient car (We have a Fiesta presently).

Candidates are the Alto K10 vs Eon. Na drive na namin si Eon. Pogi pero medyo matagtag. So far wala pang available for test drive kay K10 here in Pampanga.

For those who already had a chance to drive both, ano sa tingin ninyo?

The K10 is faster but the Eon is better in every other way. No contest. really, unless you want some extra speed. In which case, you might as well get a Mirage.

that is a tough one. Kung Alto K10 may edge na ang Alto. pero kung F8D (800cc) Alto vs. Eon, I don't know. Hindi pa ako nakakapag-drive ng EON.

haven't driven an Eon yet and hope to drive one soon para naman macompare. Whichever model you get, you get what you paid for.
