nakita ko din po ito last Wed evening, i went to see the swift (ganda kasi ng review ng tsikot eh). i ended up falling in love with the grand vitara's ... torn lang po if old or new model i-consider ko if i buy one in Q4... kasi yung old model, loaded with P80k axesoriz, may discount pa pwede i-negotiate with it's Php1.079M price tag. poging-pogi din ... bagay for a lady tsikoteer like me :-)

Test drove the grand vitara last week. Found it a bit underpowered. I was hoping that it would be as responsive as the mazda tribute 2.3L. Sana they would also release the 2.7L variant... but the body and the interior is nice.

looks shorter than the X-trail and CRV...

Tama si boybi parang masikip sa likod, looks like it has similar dimensions with the Rav4

IMHO it looks like the GM cars, notice the hood lines to the mirror.

I agree na parang rebadged rav4 cya, but imo, mas aggressive ang dating ng rav4, may kulang dito sa vitara, medyo bland for the 1.3m price tag...di nice ang tire cover nya na screaming SUZUKI di ito ang 1st alternative sa fortuner, but that's just me......

hehehe. Pansin ko nga din eh. napaka laki ng SUZUKI sa tire cover. Sinisigaw talaga na hindi siya TOYOTA RAV 4! hehehe. Sobrang hawig kasi. baka mapagkamalan ng tao na new gen RAV 4

the front looks mean, even the back. this looks better than the Rav4 sa tingin ko.

sana lang nilakihan nila at least sinlaki ng Kia sorento.

The side of the hoodline is reminiscent of the first generation Vitara with the heat vent on the trailing edge.

    Carlo:

Is it really worth the price sir? After reading through what you shared parang ok tlaga sya eh, and it made me think of ditching the Fortuner, tagal ko na kasi antay tapos wala pa rin. Did you get to test drive the unit? is the engine power sufficient?

Don't really know much about Suzuki compared to the reliability of Toyota. OK ba ang Suzuki and their after sales service? how about the pricing of parts and its availability in the market?

Hope you can answer all of them sir! thanks in advance!
