Most fuel efficient in the segment with the 1.2 and AMT?

This will be against the Accent Mirage

I think India has a diesel version for almost all car models... Sadly, I don't think they find the market (in PHL) is big enough to release it here.

For a manual driver, that amt would be weird at first.

I do agree that they should offer the diesel variant because it can sell... As a taxi.

How smooth kaya would be the shifting of the AMT? considering daming reklamo sa powershift ng ford.

Im planning on getting this model here in saudi arabia but seeing comments for this car from indian people they say di daw maganda build quality. Is it true??

    Hi,

1st car ko to and swabe naman. Sanayan lang ang AGS. Tanong lang po, 1st PMS is after 1000 km or 1 month na whichever comes first. One month na sa Sept 13. Shall I proceed with the PMS and what should I expect? One owner mentioned he spent almost 2k sa 1st pms nya. Parang namahalan ako. Labor should be covered but necessary ba mag change oil? Sorry newbie po talaga.

    Cheers!

Follow the first 1,000 kms. I think you have the option of changing oil or just general inspection.

Free labor pa naman sa first PMS. And depende sa branch yung price. Mga mura: Shaw, Pasig, Sucat, E.Rod. and no choice, kailangan change oil talaga.

Congrats on your new ride bro, you mentioned sanayan lang ang AGS, based on your experience malaki ba difference sa traditional tranny?

Sabi nila if you keep this AGS daw on D mode lang (like using traditional tranny) meron daw noticable shift-shock every time nagpapalit sya ng gears. Is it acceptable ba or talagang you feel a big jerk or hear a thud sound every time while the car is in motion?

Kamusta naman sa hatak and sudden over taking? Tipid ba talaga as they say in the reviews and what color did you get?

Did you go in-house financing or bank financing? sio mas maganda offer?

Pardon the many questions, just really want to know more about the car.

    Many thanks in advance.

Noticeable difference of course is walang clutch pedal so mas easy to drive at hindi ka mamatayan. Be wary of steep climbs lang kasi although may creep function, walang hill assist so alalay ka sa hand brake kasi mag ro-roll back sya. Other than that, the car is fun to drive. Swabe.

On D mode, meron nga shift-shock which kung sanay ka sa manual, mano-notice mo talaga lalo na pag 1st to 2nd gear. Passengers usually wouldnÂ’t notice this. 3rd to 5th gear changes are smoother. To avoid the minor jerk,de-press mo lang ang accelerator every 2000 rpm just like you would a manual tranny and it will change gear more smoothly. No thuds.

Gear automatically changes every 2000 rpm on D mode (so inclined to tipid gas talaga sya) so if you want more hatak, switch to Manual mode. IÂ’m always on M mode pag nasa SLEX and mas ok to for me pag nag overtake kasi pwede mo i-lock sa gear na gusto mo and di ka mabibitin. On M mode, it automatically downshifts naman pag bumagal ka. On D mode pag nasa highway though, if letÂ’s say nasa 5th gear ka and you press deep, it revs and downshifts din para macompensate. I got the Oxford Blue.

Bank financing ako 5 years sa Suzuki Sta Rosa. Good deal to. Got some carpoolers they like the looks of the car and were surprised how spacious it is.

DidnÂ’t get the chance to test drive but I have no regrets.

Thanks again for the additional / positive feedbacks bro, good to know na sulit sya and it is a very good buy.

Regarding usage kase nasanay narin talaga kame ni misis sa traditional AT, so as you said pag matarik ang daan or paakyat kailngan alalay sa preno at hand break kase aatras sya? normally kase sa old AT gaya ng gamit namin ngayon, kung hindi naman ganun katarik ung daan hindi sya aatras as soon as ipasok mo na ng "D/drive" yung gear mo. Pero with this one kailngan alalay ka na prang manual?

Yung mild jerk ba nya ay talagang mararamdaman mo? so is it not ideal to use the traditional AT style driving na put it in D, keep your foot on the pedal lang and let it shift up? Si misis kase sanay na talaga sa ganung style ng driving and since she's not familiar with these things baka isipin nya na parang may bibigay nalng bigla everytime mag gear change yung AGS hahaha.

As for over taking as you said kaya naman pala nya, you just need to press the gas pedal deeper then mag downshift na sya and hindi kana mabibitin?

Pag sa highway ba what was the max speed na inabot mo na? and maingay ba sya or parang naghahanap na ng iba pang gears?

Yeh we're stil in the canvasing and planning stage pa actually, and we need to sell our car fist pang down haha, but definitely this new unit from Suzuki looks really promising for us so yeh we will have to test drive it to see for ourselves.

Yung insurance pala kasama na sa monthly mo? may dagdag din ba sya sa initial cash out (DP) or bangko na nagbayad lahat?

    Thanks again bro

I've been eyeing to buy this car but two things are bugging me, first I heard that it's difficult to find parts for Suzuki cars outside the dealerships, likewise I'm also thinking that sooner or later this model might be dropped by Suzuki if doesn't get enough traction in the market.

So I'd like to hear your thoughts about buying this car specially those who have owned Suzuki cars for a long time.

    Thanks.

Dzire owner here. True it is difficult to find parts if hindi ka sa casa kukuha kasi the car is still new. I have tried to order bumper sa casa and it took 2weeks for them to get the bumper which is ok lang sa akin kasi nagagamit ko pa dn nmn un car ko. I doubt na i dropped nila un dzire model kasi madami na dn owner nito, price and features ng dzire mas dadami pa din un magiging owner
