Hello just like would like to ask lalo na sa mga experts natin dito.

im half hearted if sa goon squad ko ba ito ilalagay, since related sa suspension kaya dito ko muna nilagay.

    heres the story.

My brother bouth a 2nd hand '05 altis earlier this year.

may sounds ka din nadidinig from under i don't know if sa shocks or saan one thing im sure is suspension related problem.

since holiday nung monday, my brother decided to have it checked sa zafra sa banawe (suspension experts daw!)

ayun the mechanic figured out na sira na daw mga bushing sa front.

in short eto ang mga ginawa.

    Parts

    -2 suspension bushing 2,960

Labor: they charged him 2,900 eto mga ginawa:

    Replacement of suspension arm bushing
    camber correction
    wheel alignment

so all in all naka 5860 siya.

    makatarungan ba yun? presyo?

i have no idea na ipapagawa niya pero sabi ko para na siyang hinoldap ng zafra.

tama lang ba or over priced?

    OEM ba yung parts?

Most likely that's the large suspension arm bushing (yung round sa likod ng suspension arm?). The replacement part costs P 350 per piece before when i bought at Toyorama and most likely labor should be P500 or less per arm at Wheelers. AFAIK, OEM bushings come with the control arm set. If may kabig siya pag preno though, you have to check the brake calipers.

For wheel alignment and camber, that's another 1K i guess (I don't go for the alignment of Wheelers though, i find the manual rig old and possibly inaccurate or minamadali minsan pag marami customers).

so in the end, reasonable ba yung price na siningil sa kanya?

seems expensive. for just a little more, i was able to have my lancer's two front suspension towers, ball joints and rack ends replaced (non-oem, of course). paco auto supplies & mechanics association...

    libre naman ang silip eh

so pwede ka muna magpasilip sa suspension/alignment shop

they'll tell you ganito ganyan ang kailangan palitan

then you go to a shop na nagbebenta ng piesa (baka diyan bumibili ang suspension shop so may patong pa)
