November 21st, 2005 05:37 PM #1hi
eto nanaman ako hingi ulit tulong.
My mazda pickup pulls to the right and my rear tires are a bit worn out. I wanted to know does servitek offer free wheel alignment if I buy a pair of kelly tires? Is it more economical to get tires and wheel alignment from different shops? I am bit low on budget somewhere around P5000.00 and was wondering if I can get the "kabig" fixed and buy tires on that budget.
thanks everyone

I don't think so. Free balancing lang. Mga 320 to 360 ang alignment sa Servitek.

November 25th, 2005 03:11 PM #7Here is an update.
I went to Servitek Libis (blueridge carhaus) to have pickup diagnosed and estimates here are the results.
For Labor they estimate a total of 3800.00
For parts
Upper ball joint - 910 x 2 = 1820
Lower ball joint - 1470 x 2 = 2940
shaft link - 1190 x 2 = 2380
Tie rod inner - = 910
Tie rod outer - 770
strut bar bushing - 1120
total is 9940.00
It seems there diagnostics are correct because they showed that these stuff had problems, However here are some comments that I was wondering about.
ball joints = only one side had problems so why replace the other side?
Tie rod = only the inner Tie rod end had problems so why replace the outer?

Not really neccessary to replace both sides. Do the prices include labor charges? Try to canvass sa mga auto supply for the parts. Its cheaper that way kasi kadalasan nagpapatong pa sila.

Also if you have time, you can buy your own parts. Mas malaki matitipid mo. Try looking for genuine 555 parts.

Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
