Vibration when turning left

When i'm turning the steering wheel to the left even konti lang I feel vibration. wala namang tunog but there is vibration. I read across some sites that it could be a wheel bearing due for replacement. Just wanna ask other opinions though. If it is the wheel bearing how much will it cost approximately? masikip naman yung mga lugnuts. sa steering wheel ko lang nararamdaman yung vibration. wala naman sa ilalim. saka sa unang start up sa umaga or pag matagal nakapatay, ang hirap i-turn ng steering wheel. parang nakalock.
