Have your brakes checked, it may be dragging.

Are you sure the sound comes from the wheels and not from the engine compartment? It may be a loose fan belt.

inspect all tyres. it could be an inside ply of the tyres that is damaged. Try to find and locate which of the tyre is causing this sound. Then have it removed
from the wheel to check the inside ply.

Wheel bearing noise is a continuous humming sound that goes faster and louder as the accelerates from about 40kph and abates as you slow down. Wheel balancing is if you're experiencing steering wheel wiggle at about 60kph and up and disappears at about 80 or 90kph.
Its probably the tires. Kahit na mukhang makapal pa, sometimes they cause that kind of noise. Now, if you're noticing the noise from the front and the car pulls to either side, the tire from the side where it pulls is defective. Steel belts inside are torn and separated causing it to bulge, pull to a side and become noisy. Delikado yan. It's the main reason for tire blow-ups.

..or maybe the pad spring clips are bent and touching the rotors.

id say it's more on tire defects. looks thick but probably invisibly oblong somewhere. though no problem with steering, no grabbing...

tsk tsk tsk sound
