    Hi mga sirs, need lang po ng help

    May TOK at langit-ngit na sound pag nag turn ng wheel .

    Pag nag full kabig sa left then kabig sa right may TOK at meron ding langit-ngit na tunog. Pag full right naman then kabig sa left wala naman sound..Nangyayari din ito kahit nakastop ang sasakyan.

    ano po kaya problem nito?

    Sounds like the strut/shock absorber mount is busted. The TOK sound is the sound of your coil twisting due to a bad mount. Open your hood and look for these (left and right):



    Check if there is a crack, breakage, tear or looseness. If yes, it's time to replace it. Check your coil as well if it's moving when you turn your steering wheel. Have someone steer the wheel for you while you check.

    If you're interested in the assembly diagram, here it is: (The red highlight is the strut/shock mount).



    I hope this is your problem.

    Disclaimer: I'm not a mechanic. It's just through headache and experience. Lol!

    Also check the joints / tie rod rack ends

    +1 happened to my AE101. CV joints problema.

    This must be the culprit... we had that before in our corolla small body and mazda 323 gen2...

    Hi Tsikoteers,

    Ganito din ang problema ko (Lancer EX MX 2012). Findings ay CV joint. Kaya lang wala akong mahanap na piyesa. Nagtanong na ako sa maraming shops (pati sa Banawe) pero kelangan daw iorder.

    Sa mga may ganito ding problema, baka may idea kayo kung saan puwedeng bumili at pagawa.

    So why don't you order it...?

    You mentioned asking from many shops... have you tried any of the mitsubishi dealers?

    Try contacting Seldrado in Pedro Gil, Paco (near but before Paco Market when coming from Taft). They are Mistubishi Specialist/sell genuine parts. You can easily find them in google/waze.
