February 14th, 2006 02:00 PM #1my curent tire size is 205/45/16, gus2 ko sana mas malapad ung gulong a, ano b dapat ang size, kakasya parin b sa size 16 na mags kung mas malapad na gulong ung bilin ko kesa ung curent? flat parin b tignan sa sidewall ng gulong o magmumukang tumaba na ung gulong sa sides?

When you buy wider tires, they automatically look taller, even if the height ratio is still "45". 205, 215 and 225 refer to the overall width of the tire, from the bottom of one sidewall, across the tread and down the other sidewall.
225 might be too tall... 215 should be okay. What kind of car is this?

Computing for tire height (inches): {2[width (series/100)]} + mags diameter
Example for 215/45 R16: {2[215 x (45/100)]/25.4} + 16 ~= 23.618 inches

Ah... 99GLi? If you go for wider tires than 205-45-16, medyo mapupuno yung wheel gap mo... in other words, baka mag-ru-rub na siya sa fenders pag dumaan ka sa humps o lubak.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
