kadalasan 30 psi ang standard pag OEM specs yung tires.
pero ako, pag city driving, 28 psi lang. pag long trips, 30 psi ang kinakarga ko.
205/55/16 yung tires

June 15th, 2003 09:19 PM #5if you already changed the stock tire, better to inquire with the manufacturer of the tire you are currently using.
if you are still interested with factory recommended tire pressure which you cant find in the door jamb, you can refer to the owner's manual.

usually 30 psi lang ok na, you can +/- a couple psi, depending on your ride preference.
even w/ our 31" tire, 30psi lang ang nakalagay.

June 20th, 2003 06:00 PM #8Depends on the load and the resulting total weight of the vehicle. For cars it doesn't vary much. 30psi is a good starting point and adjust to how you "feel" it goes.
I used to drive a van and would sometimes load it up a lot and would need to go extremely over on tire preasure (up to 40psi once) . But when its not loaded I bring it back to 30-32 psi.
Also remember that the psi reading you get differs when warm and cold (the tires not the weather) so allow for this.

June 23rd, 2003 01:34 AM #10tanong lang po ... yung max pressure na nakalagay sa tire, ito ba yung cold pressure (when it is advisable to inflate) or absolute maximum talaga ito (regardless of temperature, car running or not running)? pansin ko kasi posible tumaas 5psi ang pressure kapag mainit na ang tire on a long trip at mainit ang kalye :o
But it is a chinese vehicle you can get spare parts from lazada or shopee right?
