Yes, meron pong nabibiling stock rims with same spec as your mags from other car makes. But better make sure that the tire is not regrooved and rims not tampered with repairs.
tanong ko lang mga comments nyo tungkol sa binabalak kong bilhin para sa revo namin (these are brand new):
rallye mags 14" (andes design) * 9k set
bridgestone dueler a/t * 2.8k each
medyo nagdadalawang isip kasi ako e. yung sa mags kasi, sticker lang yung nakalagay na rallye sya. tapos ang kakaiba pa dito e momo naman ang nakalagay na cover/cap sa gitna. locally made lang siguro ito (well, like most of the rota wheels), pero what i liked about these set of mags is the design. it is kind of similar to the stock mags of the older pajero model. may comment ba kayo dito? should i go for this or would you recommend that i rather look for something else?
regarding the tires, mukhang ok naman sya. kaso ang tanong ko lang e, may iba't ibang klase ba nito? may narinig ako na made in japan lang daw ito? eto yung may white na markings sa gilid.
I'm using a reserve Goodyear NCT tire right now, together with the Bridgestone Turanzas...maingay nga Goodyear.
I just went to Evangelista kahapon, nagtanong tanong. There is a new tire, Federal, made in Taiwan. The 17's cost Php3,500, while the Falken cost Php4,200. Dunlops almost the same sa Falken ang price, but the Bridgestone Potenza costs a lot pala, nasa Php5000+ ang isa. This is for the 17s ha.

Ungas, Thanks for the info.
Stay away from the Yoko S306. Slippery as hell and noisier than a college party. I've had my Bridge Turanza GR-80 for over 1000 KM now, and I'm still grinning. I-google nyo to see all the technology in the tire. Remember, performance tires wear out faster and are generally noisier. So, if it's a street tire, go for the Turanza or the Ducaro GA.
finally bought new shoes for my ride. dunlop lm702 205/45/16 for P2,850each. yon na yung pinakamurang nahanap ko sa pasig e. lintek na 16s yan, ang mahal!
Hi Everyone! Hope all is well w/ you guys! Would appreciate any inputs you can share on my tire problem.
I'm presently using Dunlop Le Mans LM 701-195/55 x 15. I find the ride kinda hard and noisy on the road and would like to replace it kahit bago pa. Any recommeded brand w/in the P2,000 price range per tire na silent and soft rubber? Where can I buy na fair value?
Sta. Cruz.
At 2K, you wont find new 15's at that price. The newer LM702's go for 2.2-2.3K a pop at DKC Tires when i checked before.
We've been using Dunlop LM701's and LM702's for the past 5 years we're quite happy with the day-to-day performance (road noise is better than the Yok S360's and Goodyears).
Try looking at the Bridgestone Turanza GR80... these are quiet also.
if you really want quiet tires, try shopping for yokohama dB's! or maybe the newly released C.Drive, which had great reviews from websites i've browsed.
the potenza G3;s are great too, but a bit noisy on the road. but it has a long life. those are the ones on my rig now. they get the job done well. but i'm upgrading soon to 17s, just need tires na. they cost an arm and a leg :/
