AFAIK, 50 petot per gulong to fill with nitrogen.
advantages:
air does not expand
hindi kailangan ng constant monitor ng air
disadvantage:
hassle, kailangan maghanap ng nirotgen filling station.
hintayin natin reply ng iba for more info.

pag uminit ang gulong, ordinary air expands, so tumitigas ang gulong...
kung over inflated ang gulong mo when cold, pag uminit na, pwede sumabog ung gulong
nitrogen doesnt expand pag uminit ang gulong, so ung tire air pressure remains more or less the same cold or hot
that's why sa race cars, nitrogen ang ginagamit sa gulong... coz the tires become very hotLast edited by uls; June 19th, 2008 at 10:11 AM.

Advantage: More stable air in your tires with temperature changes.
Disadvantage: You are paying for something that you can get for free by using regualr air instead.
Checking your tire pressure once a week isn't that hard to do. Why pay for nitrogen? Yes, race cars use it because 1psi can be the difference between winning($$$) and losing along with the high speeds they travel. But do you race your car and constantly travel at high speed? The temperature in the Philippines is also pretty stable and not like the States where you wake up and it's 0C and by noon it's 25C. Save the money use regular air, check your tire pressure once a week and while you are at it inspect your tires to make sure you have a safe vehicle.

Advantage: consistent tire pressures - most beneficial on the track where small changes can lead to decreased lap times
Disadvantage: negligible benefits, if at all, on daily use on the road
