Steering Wheel Problem

Hingi lang ako opinions. Nagagandahan kasi ako sa steering wheel ng current 2002 Pajero (with airbag). Plano ko sana maghanap ng ganito at ilagay sa Strada ko. Ok lang ba ito? Pwede kayang i-disable airbag?

Mahal ata 'yung manibelang iyon. Even if you disable the airbag you'd still have to buy it along with the steering wheel.

Pero if you can find one, ok lang.

mike::: If you attach the steering wheel to the steering column spline and NOT attach the airbag electronics to anything, Hindi mag-dedeploy ang airbag :D So ok yung plano mo.

The airbag needs electrical input from front collision sensors to trigger a small explosive charge to expand air(gases) to deploy the bag itself.


BUT :!: Like what Otep said, MAhal po iyan ser! Sa honda (correct me if im wrong) AT LEAST 20thou yung steering wheel na meron airbag. Bili na lang po kayo ng MOMO Club4 8thou lang Japorms pa! :mrgreen:

Malamang meron dun at mura lang....but you would likely be promoting illegal chop-chop (and carnapping na rin) if you support that area for some aesthetic needs. (Peace po!)

I agree with you wildthing. Kagagaling ko lang sa Kapalangan today. Di ko din nakita steering wheel na hanap ko. Malas. :cry:

brought along with you a picture of the steering wheel....mas madali nilang mahahanap iyun....alam mo naman sa lugar na iyun kanya-kanyang specialties....kung me picture ka mas maaalala nila who had one.

Ang bangis talaga dun....dati I was checking out kun magkano ang rear bumper ng frontier, the guy quoted me 3K lang kso balikan ko na lang daw a day after dahil nasa bukid pa. I checked with nissan casa it was being sold at 18K.
