Wow 19 grand!

From where does leak come from? At the same time, look under the engine bay, turn in one direction all the way a till it stops. You will see it leak.
Check your rack / pinion (long part going all the way across)
Steering gear(if you do have the above)
Power steering pump(bolt to the front of engine) or the fluid cannister is crack or the cover is loose.

Checking power steering leak is not hard to do... Put a cardboard box under your engine overnight and see where does leak come from, then trace it.
