Maingay pa rin ang brakes ng L200 namin pinalinis ko na sandali lang and maingay nanaman siya. BTW, our pick up is 9 yrs old.

June 29th, 2005 07:54 PM #2Could be your brake pads (upod na). Could also be your brake rotor (warped na) or it could be both. Disregarding the fact na madumi or may tiny "bato" naipit between ur pads and rotor since napalinis mo na kamo.
Solution: Bili ka brake pads tapos pa-reface mo rotor(pa check mo though kung pede pa pa-reface pag d na no choice but to buy). Then break-in mo ng tama since maling break-in also causes squeeks and wear your new pads prematurely.

July 1st, 2005 08:14 PM #8sirs... what if yung ingay naman sa brake eh yung matining...yung parang sa bike? everytime na mag prepreno kasi ako rinig na rinig mo yung ingay. ano kaya cause nun? how do i get rid of it?

July 7th, 2005 12:27 AM #11next time when you have ur pads replaced or cleaned, lagariin mo yun gitna to make a shallow grove. this way when dirt seeps in there will be a channel for the dirt to come out. para hindi mag cake yun dirt

July 7th, 2005 08:42 AM #12Same problem as mine. I had it checked, makapal pa naman daw yung pads. The mechanic said may groove na yung disc but para hindi biglang gastos, linis lang muna at kung meron pa din, next would be pa-reface. So I had it cleaned and the pads sandpapered. For 1 week completely tahimik pero medyo nagkakaroon na naman uli. Pag maingay na uli, pa-reface na ako.
