May 14th, 2012 07:24 PM #1Hey all,
Looking for an alternative shop to have our cars' wheels:
a) Aligned
b) Balanced
c) Camber checked/corrected
Would appreciate if you could refer us to someplace reliable and not terribly expensive for this (hopefully in the NCR area).
Off the top of my mind: Yung speedyfix kaya gumagawa nito? Their shop is near our place.
Thanks a lot Tsikot!
EDIT: Also, if you guys could suggest a shop wherein we could get decent tires for cheap, that would be great. Nangangain na ng gulong yung ibang kotse namin. =/

AFAIK, Speedyfix has no alignment rig but there's a Servitek down the road from there along P. Guevarra.
I usually have my alignment done at Servitek in Ortigas (Auto Camp across Medical City/Meralco) or at Motech when i'm in Pampanga. Happy with both shops.
For tires, we've been going to DKC in Cubao or Marikina. We don't avail of their alignment services though as we prefer going to Servitek for those.

May 15th, 2012 02:08 PM #3So I take it ok naman yung Servitek?
Yung Servitek kasi dati sa P. Guevarra used to be a Rapide. Kaya nagduda kami nung nagpalit ng signage.

May 30th, 2012 02:47 PM #9Just to update, di pala nagkakalayo yung price ng alignment/camber adjustment ng casa doon sa servitek and bridgestone.
Gave them all a call this weekend. Price differences less than 500 for our civic.

I also go to servitek. don na rin ako nagpaayos ng suspension. dala lang ako piyesa then sila na nag install.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
