Recently had the car raised on a lifter for a check-up. Ganito ba ang indication of a worn out bearing? Meron Kasing unexplained humming sound sa ilalim pag tumatakbo. If ever ito nga, pwede bang kaliwa lang ang palitan or is it necessary for both sides to be replaced. Thanks.

it does indicate worn out bearings more often than not...have it replaced asap and repack grease to the other wheels especially now the rainy season's here.

Yung kia pride ko every year palit bearing front and back (sakit nya ang bearing), mura lang naman sa kia 150 lang per side.

you can check it yourself by lifting the car,, kahit jack lang and then turn the wheel ng tuloy tuloy. release the handbrake of course.. lagyan mo bato ung gulong sa harap for safety.. while turning the wheel ng 2loy2 hawakan mo ung trailing arm o kahit ano part sa pang ilalim like your shocks kahit bumper pwede din.. and if you feel a strong vibration malamang wheel bearing nga un..kakairita talaga ung ugong na un while driving..

if may ugong while tumatakbo then normally it's the wheel bearings. kung meron then when you step on the clutch nawawala, it's the release bearing.

Rear wheel bearing replacement?
