I have my wheels balanced at DKC along P. Tuazon in Cubao. They have two branches along the same street, left & right side. If you are coming from EDSA... both are before you reach the intersection of P.Tuazon & 20th Ave.

tama si ghost, you will get what you pay for. if you can, try to get these services from reputable shops like servitek, etc.

Prices usually depends on the number of lead na kinabit. The more the merrier.

time... anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes per wheel.

if you can find an incar balancing much better. they balance your wheel w/o removing from the hub.

power steering (or unpowered, like what u said) doesnt have anything to do with wheel balancing...
