Question : Coupling (Steering)

I had my car estimated sa CarZone, the shop in Banawe cor Del Monte.

Papalitan daw eh yung Rack End, Stabilizer Bushing and Coupling (Steering). nung tumawag ako sa bilihan ng part eh wala daw Coupling (Steeing) for Lancer. Sentra lang daw.

Tama po ba yun? my car is 94 Lancer GLi (itlog)

AFAIK hindi na papalitan yung "coupling lang" ng steering column ng Lancer. Kailangan mo palitan yung buong column.

Pero may solusyon dyan, kung ang complaint mo eh yung parang may lagatok dun sa area ng manibela tuwing nalulubak.

Yung akin pina-spot welding ko sa Ichiban Banawe.

Alam ba ito ng Ichiban Banawe? I mean ito talaga ang ginagawa nila sa ganitong problema?

that solution was suggested to me by a friend. I tried it and several people tried it and we are all satisfied.

If you will go to Ichiban, look for Ted, siya ang gumawa nung sa akin.

Anong sasabihin ko kay Teddy? pa-spot weld yung steering column ko kasi may lagatok pag nalulubak?

Pareng Mheloy, my recommended solution was based on how you described your problem. The best thing is sabihin mo kay Teddy kung ano problema mo.

My suggestion is ipabaklas mo muna yung steering column mo, then tingnan nyo ni teddy kung may umuuga nga dun sa area ng coupling. Tingnan mo din ng maigi. Kung meron then I guess, ipa-spot weld mo kung gusto mo. Kung wala naman, obviously, hindi doon ang problem.
