    Sir ARB,

Optional ang chrome alloys sa ibang markets and may readily available din dito sa atin. Kung papa-chrome, hindi ko po alam how much. I was more interested in the tires and how they look on a pretty stock rig like mine. hehehe. :D

go for the bridgestone dueler A/T tires nlng kc madali lang mapudpod ang M/T specially pag ginagamit ito sa cement or sa tarmac... kung gs2 mo tlga M/T tires nmn go get the dunlop M/T tires kc matigas yung compounds nito compared to the general tires... nasubukan ko na kc lahat ng tires sa market gamit ko sa isuzu fuego na 4x4 nmn nd the most satisfying is yung bridgestone dueler A/T nd second yung dunlop na M/T...

Pag nag M/T ka say goodbye to full comfort. maski ano palitan mo sa suspension matagatag. Pag mabagal takbo mo feel na feel mo yung lugs hitting the pavement. they don't wear well. But for me since walang A/T na 38 ok na ako living with swampers. mabilis masira ang mga tie rod ends ko. wheel bearings din because of the size. but other than that happy ako. aside from having killer sized tires, I haven't gotten stuck yet. considering I have no lockers and kalbo na tires ko. nung bago, feel mo talaga yung kapit niya in any terrain. Just stay away from wet steel plates and wet painted cement. Its, like driving on ice.

Bakit walang gustong mag swamper. Swampers are the cheapest and toughest IMO 4x4 tires. those who have seen my tires may have noticed the torn sidewall. sidewallS actually. still hanging tough pa tires ko.

Ang mahal naman ng Swampers, eh. Hindi ba same league as Simex or higher pa ang presyo niya?

Swampers and Simex tires are for tough and serious offroaders. It would be simply a waste of money when the vehicle is driven on pavement most of the time.

ARB::: I already inquired about it, too bad the size available is upto 31 only. I was hoping for a 33 tire.

Di ko alam for your sizes. yes mas mura ito kaysa brigestone sa U.S. ewan dito. Merong swamper na for road use. Thornbirds ang tawag. maganda ang on road feel niya. mukha siyang A/T tires with bigger spaces between the tread lugs. then malalaki ang lugs niya sa side.

yes thornbirds are for street use, but they are also very slippery on the tarmac. the hi-lux of a barkada has one, he was running around 60 raining in the highway there was a slight bend and suddenly the hi-lux turned 360 good thing there was no other cars on the highway.
