    Bakit pati piston napalitan? Hindi naman pinapalitan yan, only those bushing, rubber grommet and spring ang pinapalitan its all there in one kit, it come w/ set at yong brake cleaning of course natural na lilinisin dahil gagawin nga nila ang preno mo, bakit may charge pa.

    up ko ulit mga bros.

    It happened again. pigil na naman ang takbo, parang naka-engage parin ang brakes. it feels like Im towing a large cargo.
    pero while driving once in a while nawawala ang kapit pero bumabalik ulit ang pigil na takbo.

    things done:
    1. replaced front caliper pistons and repair kit.
    2. cleaned drum brakes.
    3. brake fluid bleeding.

    Ano po kaya ang problema?
    brake hoses po ba or rear wheel cylinder or wheel bearing na ang dapat palitan? please advise.

    Wala bang kakaibang ingay na nararamdaman mo sa motor, sa likod, sa wheel, losing brake fluid o kaya nangagamoy, at iba pa? Halos lahat sa preno ay nagawa mo na (tama ba ang rear brake adjustment mo, ito yong emergency brake na kapag inangat mo nag aadjust) pero may problema parin. Kung wheel hub bearing naman ang problema magiingay sana, paki taas mo ang buong likod then spin the wheel with your hand at pakiramdaman mo kung may grinding sound o kaya naninikip. Kung sikip habang iniikot mo ang gulong tapos luluwag, may problema ka parin sa brake wheel cylinder o kaya palitan mo yong pads.
    Mahanap ito pero kailangan na in-details kung sasabihin mo para mas madaling masilip ang problema. Kaya mo yan dahil brakes is not a difficult to understand.

    Baka pitted na yun piston kaya pinalitan na. It causes premature wear on the rubber components of the kit.

    hindi naman po nababawasan brake fluid, pero one time nangamoy sya na parang burnt rubber or simmilar to that. Well, based on your suggestions and I also googled similar brake problems. I made a list of things to do.


    Please correct/edit my list for my guidance. Thanks a lot for the help.
    things to check:

    front

    1. recheck caliper assembly
    2. check if misaligned cylinders
    3. check front wheel bearings(adjust properly and apply wheel bearing grease)


    rear

    1. Check the return springs
    kung sira na or not working properly
    replace the whole rear brake wheel cylinder kit(springs and kit)

    2. check hand brake cable

    Have your drum turned also. Kapain mo sa loob ng drum brake mo mas maganda kung yong kuko mo ang pangapa mo, kung sasabit o kaya maramdaman mo ang iyong kuko na parang liha ang surface ng drum ipa machine (turned) mo na, pati narin yong rotor sa unahan para smooth lahat para lalong tatagal ang preno.

    how about going on cruise with neutral. pigil pa rin ba ang feeling?

    after a long drive, touch the rims and see if mainit ba...

    hi rion, hindi ko pa sinubukan hawakan ang rims jung sobrang init. actually while driving, nawawala once in a while ang kapit. pa sumpong-sumpong sya. nararamdaman ko nalang ang sudden resistance na parang pigil. nag try akong mag neutral at pigil talaga.

    Will bring it back to speedyfix on wed.
