    How much kaya ang mga off-brand (hindi sikat) na 32" (11.5"-12.5" wide) like Savero, Courser, etc.? Ok kaya ang performance ng mga ito?

    Parang ok kasi to keep the stock 31" Michelin LTX A/T's and have separate off-road tires mounted on el cheapo steel rims.

    Magkano din pala ang steel rims? 15X7 or 15X8. Okey lang kahit second hand siguro.

    if you remember nung bago mag reformat ang kotse.com yang ang project ko

    used steel rims are pegged at 500 each (paint mo nalang ng flat black)

    tapos korean mud tires at 4000 + each

    my take why not buy woodfire's Yoko MT at 3,700 tapos steel rim
    kaso nga lang 31s yun at least hindi ka nagiging paranoid sa alignment

    The local used rims dito sa AC was selling a metal steel rims pero orig na japan (daw) kasi from an OEM vechicle at around P600 each (wala pa itong waran). Its a 6-hole/stud rim 15x8 (measured it!).

    Sa cheapo wheels, why don't you consider a recap with banana design (yung uso sa military jeeps), ipa recap mo yung existing old wheels nyo...dito sa AC (papuntang Porac) meron nagrerecap and said it would be P2K each tire. Most local off-roaders dito use the banana design and recap lang from them (he claims). Tumatagal naman (daw).

    Another cheapo would be to get the jeep/truck wheels na 8ply classified as Tractor Grip (if not Goodyear its BFG tires). Eto yung uso dati before the uso yung tawag na Mud Terrains. Mura ito kasi pang masa na gamit pang harabas or field. And hindi ko lang sure ay kung ito ay available sa malapad na version (like 10") usually kasi 8" or 7" lang ito dati. And hindi rin ako sure kung ito ay pedeng tubeless. At saka di ko alam kung meron 32" itong model na ito.
