FYI... ordinary air is already 79% nitrogen.

IMO... it is only beneficial when you do a lot of high-speed & long driving... or you do some track time.

i check my tires every 2 months... constant pa rin naman ang pressure... di nababawasan.

one reason why i had mine inflated with nitrogen is to minimize the risk of tire blow out especially during high speed driving.

without having to sound technical on this... i read an article that one of the benefits of nitrogen is its ability to maintain constant pressure...AFAIK, it is also being used in aviation.

minerva is at westgate alabang, yup they charge 50 pesos per tire but unlimited refills. i've refilled 3 times na to get the psi na gusto ko talaga which is 34psi for my 195/55R15 tires. ok service nila

as for nitrogen itself one of the biggest advange over oxygen is that it maintains the tire pressure. as you all know, ordinary air expands an additional 4-5 psi when your tires have warmed up. you'll feel na mas matigas yung tires mo compared to when you just started the engine and drove. with nitrogen the pressure remains the same.

nitrogen is an inert gas and does not explode, maybe you got it confused with hydrogen?

Make sure that the shops are using food grade nitrogen gases. Ordinary nitrogen gases are only compressed air with higher nitrogen content.

That's the problem you can't. You just have to go to a reliable shop. Teka check ko yung coding ng tank namin.

mga sirs, ang alam ko gumagamit sila ng nitrogen generator to pump nitro sa tires. mukhang malabo na food grade ang gamit nila.
