As for the warped rotors, usually nasa P400+ per piece ang singil sa machine shops for refacing pero ikaw ang magpapakalas/magkakalas. Madali lang naman kalasin yan if you have the tools for the job.

for the brake pads naman, you can use bendix gt (price is less than 1k)

Are replacement rotors already available for the 10th gen Altis? Try calling shops like Toyorama or NGK in Banawe if they already have.
Sakit talaga of some Toyotas yung warped rotors it seems. We've encountered this on all three 9th gen Altis models our family owned, our Hiace Grandia and Camry 2007. With the Altis, we never got this problem again after getting replacement rotors (even if i use the grippier Bendix Metal King pads).
BTW, if the car is under warranty, the CASA replaces the warped rotors if the car was still on OEM brake pads.

Kung thickness variation lang, pwede pa-resurface.
But kung talagang warped na, as in otso, kung lampas na sya sa allowable run-outs, hindi na pwedeng i-resurface at kelangan nang palitan.
