RyanZeke,
what is your make, model and year of the vehicle? check the brake rotors too for warpage, runout and parallelism. don't forget about the wheel bearings, they too can cause wheel shimmy. assuming the tires are balanced and no defects, i.e.; out of round, warped or has flat spots and properly inflated, then you can check for the brakes. try rotating the tires this way: RF to LR, RR to RF, LF to RR and LR to LF. try the process of elimination. most shops don't have wheel spinners to check tire defects, wheel bearing noise and imbalance while the vehicle is in the shop supported by jack stands.

boss ryan,
ganyan din preno hanggang ngayon. pinareface ko lng kasi isang disc. ayun lalu pang tumindi yung vibrations while braking kasi yung isang disc mejo warped na rin. planning to change disc and pads nako by next week. pinacheck ko rin wheel bearings at yung castle nut na naghohold sa mga bearings mejo maluwag..pinarepack ko na lahat. inform kita kung ano mangyari after the parts replacement
miked,
all brake discs or rotors have a minimum thickness marking on them. sometimes embossed, sometimes engraved or stenciled. if this minimum thickness is not met, and the rotor is thinner than minimum, the rotor warps from heat. thin rotors tend to get hot easier too.

Salamat!
hmmm, i think its much better to replace the rotors than to have it replaced. having it refaced, as like what jick said, would depend on the thickness of the rotors, and is not a guarantee that it will be ok after the reface.
