Somebody had recommended Maxxis passenger tire on this thread:
    http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52582

IMHO, its up there with Federals.

Simex is more noted for bigger truck tires. Maxxis as well as Cooper tires are more popular competing brands.

    BTW, for what ride pala?

maxxis ang stock ng car ko. 195/55/R15. i bought the car in Feb 2009. Magpapalit na ako ng gulong now (that's less than 2 years). Durability wise, i do not recommend this brand. Yung isa kong tire, kumalampag after about a year of usage, yun pala uneven na yung shape.

Late post but hope still worth it: I've been using Maxxis 215/45/R17 for almost 50K kms. now. Pudpod na actually and it's time to replace.

Never had problems with it.

Not much reviews online pero on a first-hand experience - definitely worth every penny I paid for it.
